1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and bv999 game ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 3 Account Rules

Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have not been logged into for an extended period of inactivity may be classified as dormant. We will notify you before any dormancy procedures are applied to your account. Any account balance will be retained and accessible upon identity verification.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposit Processing: Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your bv999 game account balance within a few minutes of the transfer being confirmed on the payment provider's end. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on the processing time of your bank.

Deposit Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the Deposit section of your account. bv999 game reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Payment Source: You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

Failed Deposits: If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but not credited to your bv999 game balance, contact support with the transaction reference number. We will investigate and resolve the discrepancy as quickly as possible.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to a payment method registered in your name. Withdrawals cannot be sent to a third-party account under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Conditions: Where a deposit bonus has been credited to your account, wagering requirements may apply before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. These conditions will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.

6 Betting Rules

Bet Placement: All bets placed on bv999 game are final once confirmed. You should review your bet slip carefully before confirming, as bets cannot be amended or cancelled after placement. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned.

Odds: Odds displayed on bv999 game are in decimal format and represent the total return per PKR staked, inclusive of the stake itself. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

Cricket & PSL Settlement: Cricket bets — including Pakistan Super League fixtures, T20 Internationals, ODIs and Test matches — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Matches abandoned without a result are voided and stakes returned. In Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, the official reduced-overs result is used for settlement.

Live Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. During live betting, odds update rapidly. A bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmation. bv999 game reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time at its discretion.

Voided Bets: A bet may be voided in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned; a clear pricing error by bv999 game; the market being settled incorrectly and subsequently corrected; or technical errors preventing fair market operation. Voided bet stakes are returned in full.

Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply. Current limits are available in the Betting section of the platform. In the event a winning bet exceeds the stated maximum payout for that event type, the maximum payout limit will be applied.

7 Casino & Slots

Casino Games: All Casino games, including Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat and other table game formats, are governed by the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. The house edge for each game is built into the game mechanics and is consistent with standard industry practice.

Live Casino: Live Casino games are streamed in real time with live dealers. Game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer — card deals, wheel spins, dice rolls — and are not influenced by the platform. In the event of a stream disconnection during a live game, the result will be determined by the actual game outcome on the dealer's table as recorded by the live studio feed.

Slots: Slot games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each spin is an independent event and is not influenced by previous outcomes. 8 Bonuses & Promotions

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bv999 game. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, closure and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account per person.

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing or using funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, insider information betting or any form of corrupt wagering activity.

• Sharing or selling your account access to any third party.
